Capsule Coup: Japanese foldaway interiors

Japanese designers seem to come up with the most unconventional ways to save on living space. Small architectural residential wonders squeezed in between other small homes is the norm, but what about the interior space? Japanese design firm Atelier OPA has come up with a way to compress interiors into boxes. Called Kenchikukagu, this series of furniture consists of a bedroom, an office space and a kitchen, which can be folded in and wheeled away when not in use. And they are fully functional, too.
