If all the flowers in Bangkok filled my home, I would need a house the size of Wat Pho (the Temple of the Reclining Buddha). I would choose blooms representing all the colours of the rainbow – red and yellow and pink and green, purple and orange and blue – and I would set up an extra long table in my living room where I would host an oriental tea party. My guests and I would drink lemongrass chai and eat sticky rice and egg custard parcels from banana leaves. We would chatter and smile a lot.
